associated parking and utilities. Civil
plans included; site, grading, drainage
and utility plans as well as a Storm
Water Pollution Protection Plan (SWPPP)
and associated documents. Developed
plans for conveyance of offsite drainage
to proposed retention basin. Also provided
plans for construction a new traffic
signal.
Project Notes: Required
FEMA submittal and re-zoning for new
I-25 Development Corridor standards.
Required Art Plaza to be designed and
constructed with project. Coordinated
with Developer on outlot design and
construction as well as development
of Public Roadway plans associated with
the development.
